Why are photos worth the investment?


It’s the age old question. Why is this luxury investment worth it?  Do we NEED to have photos? Well the simple answer is no – they are not a necessity of life.. you’re right.  But do I NEED Photos in my life??? Yeah – I sure do.  They change my perspective, they allow me to relive my babies being babies, they provide me with a comfort in fleeting moments of our lives. Photographs out live us, they tell our story for years to come, they are a family heirloom that will be looked back on for generations.

Mini Sessions

This 30 min, 1 location session is great for the “I only need a few’ engagement announcements, holiday cards or cap and gown photos! You will also receive digital download of your best finished images.

Extended Sessions

$325

Includes 2 hours and up to two locations. Ideal forl large groups and people who want more photos than they know what to do with! You will also receive digital download of your best finished images. (additional $50/person for families larger than 5)

FAQ

How long does it take to get our photos?

I do not like unfinished projects and I also don’t like waiting, so I go above and beyond to ensure neither of those occur for my clients. On average most galleries will be completed and available for download within two weeks. IF there is an issue with delivery timeframes I will be sure to communicate with you!

Is there a sitting fee and what payment ypes do you accept?

There is a reservation fee to hold your session time and date that will be applied to your session balance. This is non refundable (at photographer discretion for inclement weather) because I cannot book any other clients during that time. This fee amounts to 20% of your session ($30 for mini) ($50 for Basic) ($65 for Extended)

Payments may be made via cash, Venmo or Zelle. I can take checks but your gallery will not be open for download until it clears.

Do you have suggestions on locations?

We are lucky that Lexington has so many great locations! I love downtown areas almost as much as I love an empty field.... and Keenland is always a winner! I also have two unique locations that include a vintage blue Ford and a Glass House (think greenhouse made from old windows).

What if we need to reschedule?

You can reschedule your session ONE time for no additional fee within 7 calendar days notification (at discretion of photographer for less than one week notice) To reschedule a second time or with less than 48 hour notice will require a $75 non-refundable reschedule/late notice fee in addition to your non refundable deposit to rebook. Please note the reschdule/late notice fee does not go toward your session balance.
